Delivery

• Orders ship once production is complete.
• Delivery is curbside only unless installation is included.
• Damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

Installation

• If installation is included, cemetery approval must be confirmed prior to scheduling.
• Cemeteries may charge permitting or foundation fees separately.
• If customer-provided information is inaccurate and installation is refused, any rescheduling costs are the customer’s responsibility.
